I have done the following this term to be a healthy individual:

1. Rimu class have been running around the field and the Domain in the morning as well participating in the Beep Test on a Friday .

2. In the class we have a fruit bowl and I sometimes I go and get a carrot for a healthy snack to eat if I feel hungry.

3.I play outside every day if it is sunny e.g. on the trampoline ,play Netball at home and try to shoot hoops and play soccer with my little sister .

4. I have been healthy by eating a good dinner and a good breakfast by not having a huge amount of sugar on my cereal.

5. I need to make sure I have a lot of sleep every night and wake up at a reasonable time in the morning.
