My Long Jump!

My class has been videoing our long jump. Before we put up our video we had to analyse an expert at long jump. Here is my long jump in slow motion.

Tip 1: Make sure that I jump on the same place every time on the mat.
Tip 2: Try and get a good run up before I start sprinting.
Tip 3: Go from horizontal to vertical in the flight.
Tip 3: I am going to work on my flight and this is especially throwing my hips and arms forward to get more air time. This will hopefully improve my jump.
